I really like the way it is set up and hope it doesn't change. I like the simplicity of it, yet it is complex enough to hit all the points I need in my tax return. I am highly pleased with the product and have recommended it to my friends.
What's great about it: It is extremely simple and leads you step by step, which I really like.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is a good program. It is easy to use, has good cross referencing and good explanations. We will use it again.

this product holds your hand through the entire process... it's the second year in a row that i've used it, and it only gets easier, they already had my info, so it autofilled many fields for me

More Direct Access?

This process would work better if there was an option to locate a field you need to work on in your return form and be able to fix it in one or two steps rather than going back though all of the query screens for that topic.
What's great about it: Goes through every possible item
What's not so great: I would l like to be able to go into a field in my tax return and change it without going through step by step query

Taxes Done!!!

So happy with the Turbo Tax program. Very easy to use. Where to find information explained very well. I was given the names of the tax forms that contained the information I needed (ie W-2s) it makes it super easy and fast to find what I needed to input. The program walked me through step by step. I was done with my taxes in a little less than an hour. Help with questions was so easy it took away the worry. Turbo Tax also double checks everything so I felt very, confident with the accuracy of my taxes. I have been using it for years and never had a problem.
What's great about it: Step by step and easy to follow. All questions anwsered. Taxes double checked.
What's not so great: None really

I've used TurboTax for years and trust it more than tax preparers. The only thing that scares me are all the updates. I usually do not e-file until the end of March to make sure there are no more changes but I wish I could file earlier.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand overall.
What's not so great: Constant updates, even in late March.

Done in a Day!

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years now and can't imagine doing without it! Our finances are pretty simple so doing my taxes using Turbo Tax takes only about 1 1/2 hours - mainly because I'm trying to be extra careful to read all their helpful hints and tips. I love how it transfers information from last year and imports current year information into the state forms! This is a real time saver! Filing electronically gets my refund incredibly faster!
What's great about it: Seeing a side by side comparison to last year's income, deductions, etc is a great feature!
What's not so great: State taxes requires just a bit of searching in last year's paperwork for information.
