This is probably the fourth year I've used Turbo Tax. The software is user friendly and that gives me confidence that my taxes are completed properly.
What's great about it: Easy explanations for the income tax challenged

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. Very happy with my refunds and the software. Simple and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step process so you don't miss anything

Year after year, I can rely on Turbo Tax to help process my income tax returns. It's dependable and I would be lost without it! Thanks Turbo Tax!

I didn't like when you were finished with one section, and the even when I know I'm ready to move on it scrolls me to the top of the page, making me scroll down to move on to next section. Other than that, it was fairly easy. If you can prompt for every form individually, it would eliminate having to wait for a tax expert for 25 minutes.
What's great about it: Supplimentary links to associated pages made it easier.
What's not so great: Needed online help to find out what to do with 1099-C. Prompted me to other 1099 forms except that one.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

You don't have to be a computer "geek" to use this program. Turbo Tax has always been an easy program to use and understand. As other tax programs come onto the market I've never had a doubt to stay with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: User friendly across all level of computer literacy
What's not so great: Can't complain about a thing!
