I love the ease of using turbotax. I prefer to pay for turbotax and know that my submission is correct.
What's great about it: easy

This is one of the easiest programs out there. Have been using it for 5 years now and it keeps getting better.

What's not so great: Business info takes a bit, especially if you go back & have to re-enter things again.

The step by step instructions were very easy to use. Loved the extra help details. I compared my current tax filing to last year and turbo tax was right. I will never pay a tax preparer again. Just buying Turbo Tax every year to take care of my tax needs.
What's great about it: very easy, step by step instructions
What's not so great: I am confused about filing the state but will figure it out

Reliable as usual

I have been using TurboTax for many years. This year's version is well done, as usual. I live in Minnesota, so there were a few problems, but I simply waited till the corrections were made, and filed after that.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. I have been extremely impressed with their software. I plan to continue with Turbo Tax.
