Just finished!

It'd be nice if you could bring up the forms side-by-side with the Easy Guide (simultaneous)
It'd be nice if it went right back to the exact place in the Easy Guide after going to the forms.
It'd be nice if TTAX had more "Explain This" tips for various words, phrases, or topics.
What's great about it: TTAX does a thorough job of doing the calcs and flowing all the information to the right places
What's not so great: I'd like TTAX to go right back to where I left off if I jump to forms instead of the start of the section

Turbo'd My Tax Filing

Turbo Tax is a great product. I trust the product and it is easy to use. Sure there are some quirky things about Turbo Tax but using any tax software can be a challenge. Taxes are taxing but Turbo Tax enables me to complete my taxes (and my children's taxes) quickly. I like having the option to walk through each section or enter the information myself. My taxes are not that complicated but if I have a question, Turbo Tax Help always provides the information I need. Turbo Tax makes filing my takes a breeze.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I am very satisfied with the accuracy, ease of use, and thoroughness.
What's not so great: The up selling questions get annoying but it is just business.

Took only a few hours, most steps were intuitive, easy to do. This is my third tear with TurboTax, getting better and much more confident.

Have used Turbo tax for more than 10 years and will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use
What's not so great: not sure how some calculations were performed

Tax Preparation Made Easy

I've used other programs and am also an accountant by trade and I would use no other program but Turbo Tax. I feel assured that all areas have been covered to ensure I receive the highest refund possible. I highly recommend this to all users whether you are a beginner or a professional!
What's great about it: Although I'm an accountant by trade, your software covers all areas and makes it very simple to file my tax returns!
What's not so great: None.....it is simply a great program!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wave of The Future

This is the wave of the future. No more having to crunch numbers seated cramped up with reading glasses. Now I just take less than half an hour and its all done. It's all self explanatory. Thanks guys.

Expected Performance

Turbotax is user friendly and a great tax prep tool. I would give it 5 stars if you were able to file state returns electronically without a fee. Nonetheless, it is worth the money to do it yourself.
