Easy to complete!

This program has it all. There are detailed sections for all areas of the return. I really appreciate the explanations for where to find information on forms that were sent to me by financial institutions. TurboTax makes preparing and filing taxes less scary. It is easy to understand the questions, and it gives me peace of mind to know my tax return is completed correctly.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, thorough, quick, informative, double checks at the end of the process
What's not so great: I can't think of any cons.

Continues to be best way to file

I've been using this product for a few years now and continue to love the freedom it gives my family to do taxes when I'm ready - usually middle of the night.. Will use again next year!
What's great about it: Easy to get everything in and see how your taxes are coming along.
What's not so great: Charity section sometimes is difficult to find a match - but usually there's something close enough
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Love this program!

The automatic importing of W-2's, previous information, and updates makes this program fly! It's become so easy that I can't imagine doing my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Automatic importing
What's not so great: Fee for State filing comes after you start filing

Best Yet

Since turbo tax pulled in my info from last year it saved much time with entering addresses for each charity, for example. the only thing that seemed less helpful than last year was that explanations of qualifying expenses were not as expansive, but I guess the Premier version would have more of that.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was much more streamlined and faster to use this year
What's not so great: Being forced to enter every separate donation of charitable goods throughout the year

WOW--How easy!

I was so shocked at how easy and quick this was. This my first year filing our taxes without using a CPA. We tripled our return with turbo tax! The program was very thorough and had me claim deductions our CPA never included. I also loved the several checks it ran to be sure I didn't make mistakes. I would highly reccomend this program. We will definitely use this next year!

great tool

I love using Turbo Tax to do my returns, have been using it for about 8 years now. The only thing I don't like is constantly scrolling to the bottom of each page to hit the continue button.
What's great about it: quick, easy , convenient
What's not so great: don't like having to scroll to the bottom of the page after each item

Works well for all expenses

It worked really well to help us make sure we covered everything with our tax return. There were only a couple of questions we didnt know about and the search engine didnt help. That feature needs to be cleaned up, but all in all I was very pleased with the program.
What's great about it: Made sure we thought of everything with business expenses
