TurboTax Easy Peasy

I am young college student who is simply filing my return to get my refund. I found that using turbo tax made this process an easy one that kept me from sitting down and crying. I also learned a lot of things about what is deductible and what isn't, what is income, what is taxable, etc. Very easy to use, educational, and helpful. Definitely will use this product again.
What's great about it: Easy, accurate, maneuverable, helpful

This is at least the fifth year I have used turbotax. It makes filing so easy. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to pay an expert to do their taxes!
What's great about it: Easy Walk Throughs, makes tax filing so easy

Excellent Service

This is the first year that we have had to contact Turbo Tax and it was really nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone who could answer all of our questions. The chat line was also great. Thanks Turbo Tax! Everyone was so friendly and professional.
What's great about it: Liked being abl to talk to a knowledgeable person!
What's not so great: Long waits on the phone.

Very reliable

I've been using TurboTax since it came out years ago. It's never disappointed me and I have the satisfaction of knowing that there's no math errors in the return.
What's great about it: Liked to be able to import text files for security trades. Reliable calculations and asks all necessary questions.
What's not so great: Sometimes error messages are hard to fix.

The only way to do taxes

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2001 and will never pay large fees to a tax prepare again. I use to have someone else do my taxes and rarely got much back. When I started using Turbo Tax I stared seeing a big difference. Now I even do the taxes for my parents. It will take a lot for me to ever decide not to do my own tax preparation again.

Walks you through the process like a tax preparer would do, and helps you do it right. Been using TurboTax for over 10 years and never had a problem.
