So so so Simple!

I always paid to have our taxes done. A friend told me about how easy Turbo Tax is to do. I 've been using it ever since.
What's great about it: Easy to understand

Have used Turbo Tax for 4 years now and still love it. The only thing I can see that would be helpful is to have a better explanation of the Long Term Care insurance deduction.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH TURBO TAXES

THE DIRECTION WAS EASY TO FOLLOW IN DOING THE TAXES. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH TURBO TAX WAS TRYING TO PRINT A CERTAIN PAGE, I COULDN'T. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL I FINISSHED MY TAXES BEFORE I COULD PRINT, THEN I HAD TO PRINT THE ENTIRE TAXES INSTEAD OF THE 1 PAGE I WANTED TO REVIEW.
What's great about it: i LIKE HOW EASY THE DIRECTION IS TO FOLLOW.
What's not so great: i HATE HOW HARD IT IS TO PRINT A SPECIAL PAGE.

Quick and easy

Overall a painless way of doing taxes. I wish the program had not incorrectly transfered a number into my state tax form.
What's great about it: The program guides you step by step
What's not so great: I had a weird number transfered into the local tax form that I had to correct.

Exceptionally Efficient E Returns

Program handles my taxes well, efficient with setup of electronic filing and direct deposit to bank account. Can't do all that for this cost with a CPA. Thanks.
What's great about it: Ease in which program guides you through areas of return, comparisons to prior year figures
What's not so great: Not many - need ways to recall pin credentials (use security questions)

Amazing Amendment

In completing my 2012 returns, I discovered an error in my 2011 returns - I didn't place a decimal in the proper location, resulting in a smaller tax refund to me. Turbo Tax walked me through an easy process to amend my old return.

Quite easy to use

It gets easier and easier to use each year. I am glad detail is supplied for directions that are alittle unclear. I have used this product for about 10 years and plan to continue using.
