Fantastic product!

I have used Turbo Tax since 2006. I love it! I have never been disappointed. I do several family members taxes as well and they have all been very pleased with the results. Thank you for a great product!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Great explanations. All topics covered.
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of.

So easy, so quick...love it!

Turbo tax doesn't take much time. It walks you step by step through filing, and there are links to assist you with any questions you might have. The cost to file is so reasonable, and I always feel assured I'm getting the maximum refund I deserve, without fear I did something incorrect.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is very user friendly. Any questions I have I can get easily answered through reading other posts.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always thorough and fast

I have been using this program for about 10 years now. Before that I paid an accountant just to prepare our returns. This is so simple and thorough, even with rental properties, that I almost enjoy doing my tax returns now. Thanks Intuit!
What's great about it: I always use the guided feature so nothing is left out,

I have been using Turbo Tax for eight years now. It is a great tool not only for walking through my annual taxes, but also for estimating future tax situations - what if scenarios. For example, I can test out scenarios of increasing my HSA and retirement contributions.

Turbo Tax has greatly improved in speed and ease of use over the past 10 years. Appreciate quick help dropdowns.
What's great about it: Quickly calculate all tax advantages
What's not so great: Could have all additional offers (tax advisor support, etc) at end of process steps.

This is our first year using Turbo Tax. I am hooked! It was so easy to use with the step by step directions. Better yet, if we ever got stumped, help was just a phone call away....which we used a handful of times. Each representative we got on the phone was so friendly and professional, it gave me a peace of mind. We will be using Turbo Tax for many years to come and can't wait to pass what I learn on to my children. Why pay hundreds of dollars when you can save that money and do it yourself. Thanks Turbo Tax! You've made me a believer!
What's great about it: Simple to use, excellent step by step instructions, and peace of find knowing that help was just a phone call away!
What's not so great: It didn't explain much about state income tax. My state doesn't require a filing, but kept prompting to enter info.
