Love the program, especially that it runs on a Mac. Please update Quicken (full product) for Mac!

Best tool for do-it-yourself-ers

I used the online version for many years but I needed to file more returns this year and was able to do that with their software for no extra cost. Their tool really explains everything you are doing clearly.
What's great about it: Multiple returns from one paid purchase
What's not so great: Only includes one state tax

Benefits of TurboTax

I have been preparing taxes for 26 years. I have used many software titles over the years and find TurboTax to be the most user friendly and accurate of them all. TurboTax is easy to navigate and saves the user time and headaches. The user is provided with a stress free way to prepare their return in confidence.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, user friendly, accurate, time saving

Overall great product. Don't know how people file taxes without it, except to pay somebody $100's of dollars.
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step
What's not so great: Some confusing parts on hard issues
