turbotax makes filing taxes a lot easier. I usually hate this times of year but with turbo tax i dont dread it quite as much, unless of course i have to pay

First Time Jitters

Like most people, I like to save money, and to do things on my own. Unlike most people today, however, I am not very savvy when it comes to technology. I really did have the First Time Jitters, about trying to do our taxes for the first time without our CPA. I proceeded with worry about getting in the middle of the program and messing up so bad I couldn't finish...and about potential audits. Yet, even for me...even with a few different forms and schedules, it was quite easy. With prompts and questions that can be easily understood, and an ability to go back and edit as needed, this was a great investment. --I was able to do our taxes myself in a short time, save a significant amount of money by not paying our tax preparer, and get a bigger refund this year than last! TurboTax is a great investment!
What's great about it: User-friendly language (for average citizen), Ease in determining what data to put where in form, Ease in making changes
What's not so great: Ummmmmmm........nothing! --It solved everything for me!

TurboTax always delivers - tax refunds!

The ability to switch between the step-by-step guide and the forms makes TurboTax very user friendly. I use this feature to make sure my current tax filings are similar to my prior tax filings. This can be helpful if you don't have any major life changes.

From complexity to clarity !

The program makes taxes less exhausting , reducing stress and anxiety. I am, however, concerned over the reports of hackers, data snatchers, and identity theft when e-filing. I would like to know just how safe the e-files really are?
I will never do taxes without Turbo Tax!

Awesome tool

Turbotax has always been a useful tool for me. The instructions were easy to follow and the supporting worksheets were helpful.
What's great about it: Data transfer was easy
What's not so great: printing feature was confusing. can't find a per page printing option
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
