Love It!

I love turbo tax. It is easy to use and gives step by step instructions to do taxes that are easy and more intense. I use the program to do all my family's taxes. Great Product!
What's great about it: Easy and Comprehensable

This is probably the 10th time or so that I have used Turbo Tax. I love it. It is worth every penny I pay to have my taxes done quickly and professionally. I am always pleased with the checks at the end to make sure I am getting the best refund and audit checks as well. A++++
What's great about it: Easy to use, checks for updates
What's not so great: none that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love TurboTax. I've used it for many years, and I really appreciate how easy it is to import and review the previous year's basic info so that I don't have to re-type it every year. I really appreciate the "these are uncommon" comment because it helps me save time by not searching for something I don't need.

missed one

I've used TurboTax for many years. I have vehicle expenses for 2 cars. Key items from my 2011 return were pre-filled on the return as I went through the vehicle expenses and mileage, but 16 items (8 from each car) did not enter as shown before the first review. Those were easily correctable. However, I had a typo and had to reduce the business miles for my 2nd car. It did not correct on 2106 leaving me with a refund $255 bigger than it should be. I always print before e-filing. I had to go back to the forms view and correct the miles which showed different amounts on 2 key forms but were not caught by TurboTax.
What's great about it: Still the easiest to use.
What's not so great: TurboTax pre-filled some data from 2011, but did not enter it on the final forms
