Easy way to get tax refunds without a lot of stress.
What's great about it: It is easy to used and quick with little to no issues.
What's not so great: To keep your patience when doing it for the first time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for about five years and found it to be user friendly and straight forward and easy to use.

I have used Turbo Tax for over seven years. I gave never been audited bit would be comfortable if I ever was because I trust the software provides all the guidance I need to prepare my taxes accurately!

Get's You More of Your Money

Leads you thru the tax filing process with a easy step by step process. Love the Easy Guide, makes sure I don't miss any deductions because it asks me about every deduction I could possibly use. The audit risk gives me extra piece of mind knowing my taxes are correct, even tells me if I need to go back and recheck something, can't get any better service than that! From beginning to end preparing my taxes is a pleasure, especially as I watch my refund grow :)
What's great about it: Takes me step by step thru filing, so easy to use a first grader could do it.
What's not so great: It's all Pros in my book, I tell everyone to use Turbo Tax!!!

Turbo Tax Delux 2012

Overall, a good tax preparation package that covers real estate and and farm investments. I have used the program for nearly 20 years and have always been satisfied with the results. Probability of audit is minimal as long as you do not override any fields. My audit children also rely on TurboTax.
What's great about it: Ease of entering data. Preloading from earlier returns.
What's not so great: Have to know to fill out form for farm/ranch expenses. Review process did not record corrections on first attempt.

Super Easy

I really like using Turbo Tax to take care of my tax returns. I have use this software for the last 3 years because it is easy and ready whenever I am. It has completely simplified the tax return process and has saved me the fees of going to have my taxes prepared by the other guys. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: very easy to use/ step by step instructions and help on topics
What's not so great: no major complaints

Will probably always use Turbo Tax, it is by far the best on the market!
What's great about it: easy - like answer interview questions - couldn't be easier
What's not so great: cannot get turbo tax to answer if problems without going thru a lot of screens, etc
Pros: I bought or sold investments
