Easy to Work Through - As Usual

I've always liked the way the questions guide you through the data entry so smoothly. We've never had a problem with a return done by Turbo Tax software. I still don't want the state return on the software, though. Colorado used to have its own free website, but even without it, I don't need software to complete the state return.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to enter
What's not so great: Pushing the state return is annoying

Very easy to follow steps that get you a max refund. Same go for the state version. Easy, simple quick.

I get a little fustrated going through all the items that the program has that I do not use. Other than that, I love your program. This was my first year to e-file.
What's great about it: I have used your product for many years now (since 1996). I find it easy to use.
What's not so great: There are no cons for me.

I really like turbo tax, tried the other guy one year and the irs sent me more back from an error in the preperation from the other guys.

Tax Return Facilitator

First of all, I have been using Turbotax for almost 20 years. During that time the program has consistantly been improved either a little or a lot every year. This year has been the easiest to use so far.
I am 78 years old so I need all the help I can get! I do wish there were more Help links or suggestions on alternate approaches to decision making. For example: I struggled for an hour trying to get the program to accept my decision to apply the refund to next 2013 year's taxes. It kept wanting me to accept the refund by transfer to my bank account.

What's great about it: Relative ease of moving from step by step to forms
What's not so great: Inability of program to consistantly adjust number changes between forms

I like that Turbo Tax is right about the subjects when cross checking with the old hundreds of pages Tax booklet, and dozens of form that turn out to be waste of time anyway, as they don't increase your tax return.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through it
What's not so great: Takes a little while to load
