taxes made easier

Taxes done at my own pace as documents arrive, I can enter them in as they arrive. Questions and tips to guide where certain items should be entered. Easy to follow directions entering information for my taxes.
What's great about it: easier to fit doing taxes into our busy schedule

Printing

I've used your software for atleast 10yrs and know the trick for printing just individual sheets but someone new to the system asked me as they didnt think it was possbile to print one separate page ie you might want to review your itemized deductions rather than printing the whole return only to have to chg something on itemized and then reprint all.
What's great about it: Love that in the review before printing you can print individual pages rather than the whole slew of them

'I've used Turbo Tax for years! Easy to file; walks you step by step through all worksheets. Only challenge is trying to find the form to see how it is filled out before I print. But the review process to let you know if any errors is great. Will continue to use it. And if you are on the same computer from year to year -- it will find and transfer all personal information directly to new year return, saving you time as well as potential typos.
What's great about it: easy step by step instructions
What's not so great: Challenging to find forms

There was no way to answer right! It made you pick a catagory that didn't fit, then would try and make you change it. I enter the right answer and it would reject it. Tried to make numbers taxable when they aren't. Wouldn't except that it wasn't taxable. Then had to put in that it was my deceased Dad, along with DOB and SSN. Then told me to remove them! wouldn't accept that it was not RMD. Wanted me to change it! There was nothing to change! VERY confusing!!!
What's not so great: Pension area was VERY confusing

I can't believe how easy this was. I know virtually nothing about computers, and I was able to get through this with ease. Thanks Turbo Tax!

Painless Tax Returns

What's great about it: easy, step by step directions and examples to get through questions and unusual situations
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
