I've used Turbo Tax for 6 years now and it has made the job easaier.
What's great about it: Ease of importing data
What's not so great: Paying to efile state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and easy

Actually consider my "5" a "4.5" really.
Everything was great. I was able to download my pdf from last year's Turbo Tax Online filing, and most of the necessary info appeared.
The only negative was one window that asks if you received a 1099-C (in my case a foreclosure), and it didn't walk me through that correctly.. I had to go to edit, and that let me enter the correct info.

Easier to use than ever

Turbo Tax is easier to use than ever this year. Too easy, in my opinion. As one who has been doing his own (personal and corporate returns) for years, both with an without a computer, its somewhat disquieting to enter the data and "trust" Turbo Tax to enter it properly and in the right place. But after many years I'm getting over this phobia and now trust Turbo Tax to do it right!
What's great about it: Very easy to follow and enter data.
What's not so great: Can't really see the info as its entered on the forms.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Greatest Tax Program

I absolutely love turbo tax. I have used it for over 10 years now (I think). I love that it pulls my info from prior years so I have less to type each time. i love going on line to get extra help. it walks you through the process. keep up the good work!
What's great about it: simple

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 6 years and probably will as long as I have to do this unpleasant task. I used to stress out but now it is so simple, just questions and you answer. I recommend it for everyone.

This is my second year doing taxes. The first was a nightmare, this year not so bad. TurboTax walked me through each and every step of the way.
When I got to the end and they gave me a 100% rating, I was thrilled. The refund was not much, but it was the journey that
made it so compelling.

The TT software has always been my "go to," choice for my self -prepared tax returns. I am by no means a financial wiz, yet I have always been able to follow the step-by-step intructions with ease and have never been audited!
What's great about it: Thorough and easy enough for the non professional.
What's not so great: none
