Family and Small Business Taxes

I have used TurboTax for my family for 17 years in a row, and 12 years for my small business. I have never had a problem doing the taxes, it is always very straight forward. It has been nice to watch the TurboTax software improve through the years!
What's great about it: I am my own bookkeeper, I like doing the taxes myself too
What's not so great: I sometimes forget why a did a certain deduction last year in comparison

Accurate and easy to use!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 12 years. It is so easy to use, even for filing in multiple states. Thanks, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: walked me through all possible tax deductions and suggests ways to save in the future.
What's not so great: None that I can think of...so easy to use...what's not to like!

Transferring data from previous year is GREAT. Takes a lot of the detail work away.
What's great about it: Great S/W package. Ton's of options for "What If(s)"!
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easiest Walkthrough

This was the first year that i have ever had to enter in information other than my standard w-2's and i had no idea where or how to enter it in. Luckily TurboTax walked me through each and every category and made it easy for me to identify when to enter in the correct information. It truly is a software that holds your hand every step of the way and I am confident that my tax forms were filled out correctly because of it.
What's great about it: Very in depth, walked you through step by step, explained in easy to understand terms
What's not so great: Some items could have used a little bit more explanation but i found this to be very minor
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Rocked My Refund!

The software does a decent job for refiling. One drawback seems to be that if filer decide to step back in any particular instant instead of forging through and complete in one session. The software confused and give errornious results, eventhough the review at the end indicated that the form is correct.
What's great about it: Easy filing
What's not so great: Seems to confuse and miscalculate if not complete in one session
