Have used Turbotax Deluxe for 14 years. Never any problems or program glitches. Easy step by step guide to input all information. Finds every deduction with very detailed help.
What's great about it: Easy to use; covers every aspect of the return; offers detailed explanations throughout the process; can print any page

I like how Turbo Tax walks me through income and all of the deductions I can take. I appreciate the tax experts. I don't have the tax knowledge to get the deductions I do with Turbo Tax. I can feel confident about not making mistakes on my returns.
What's great about it: I can see my refund grow
What's not so great: To many details to take in

If a city tax was checked in a previous year, you can't get rid of the check.
Need a smoother process to enter account information for direct deposit when filing by mail.
Love the flow and love the questions and explanations.

I find turbo tax easy and informative. It is great that everything from last year transfers over.
What's great about it: transfer of last's years info is very convienient
What's not so great: having to pay for state efiling

4 1/2 stars. Turbo Tax over the years has gotten bettter and easier to move around in. I am a long time customer. The 2012 edition definitly saved me time and eliminated frustration by it's ability to download detailed investment information from financial institutions. One annoyance was it's insistance on wanting a zip code entered that I had no chance of knowing, from an investment made by a mutual fund.
What's great about it: Ability to download detailed investment information from financial institutions.
What's not so great: Insisting on an unknown zip code from an investment made by a mutual fund.
