Turbo Tax is Easy and Awesome!

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20yrs. It is the only way to do taxes. I love that it walks me through everything and even checks for errors thoroughly. I can't imagine using any other tax service
What's great about it: So easy to do; walks you through every step and checks for errors
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love how easy it is to do my taxes with TurboTax! I really appreciate the feature of transferring information from the prior year and how it can pull info from ADP so I don't have to plug in my W2 info manually. I'm sure my returns have been higher than when I prepared them myself using the old paper system. This is because I wasn't sure I could take some deductions so I passed on them to be safe. With TurboTax telling me it's OK to deduct my property taxes, etc. I get more back and feel confident that it's been done properly.

I've always thought about using Turbotax, I am pretty sure if everything goes well I'll use it again next year.
What's great about it: Turbotax tried to get the best refund for me

Couldn't get it to print my submitted return

I have used Turbo Tax for probably the last 10 years. I think it is less user friendly than it used to be. I had difficulty with it when I had to go back to something--that used to be easier. Also I haven't been able to print out my return as the program wants me to review the return to be printed but then stops there & never get to a screen where I can print. I'm going to shut it down & then come back. Maybe then I can print it.
What's great about it: Pretty easy to use but liked previous years better
What's not so great: Couldn't get it to print our return. It seems to be stuck in an endless loop. wants me to review the return to be printe

Awesome & Easy

I've used TurboTax for a number years and I love it! 100% easy to do!
I had trouble getting my state return to start this year~~~it just wouldn't work. I rebooted the program and it worked perfectly!
What's great about it: Asks TONS of questions
What's not so great: NONE
