Incredibly fast

I've tried others, and there's no comparison. TT makes the job easy and adaps itself to your skill level.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and hit the areas you need
What's not so great: Price!

I love using this product and have been a customer for many many years. My tax returns are not simple, BUT, they are also not super complex so you product is ideal.
What's great about it: easy, fast and lots of help

Peace of Mind

I was audited in 2005. I had to go downtown and sit in a chair across from the tax auditor, talk about intimidating. I had been using Turbo Tax for years, and I brought all the paperwork I use when stepping through Turbo Tax at home. At the end of an hour the auditor said the government owed me $2.38. I not sure how he arrived at that number, but I think it is because I get my taxes done and e-filed before the end of January and some tables may have been updated. I said the government can keep my $2.38, I will be going home now. Confidence is key.
What's great about it: E-fileis fast and, cost is much cheaper then a tax consultant.

Turbo Tax Rocks

We have used Turbo Tax for several years and it saves me so much time vs doing taxes on my own on paper forms. I have never had any problems and I always get my returns quickly. I will never go back to doing taxes by hand again.
What's great about it: Easy to use, saves data from previous years
What's not so great: Paying for the state return to file

Went back to turbo Tax

Should have gone to Turbo tax last year, the other software that I used was not as user friendly, my return was not what I had expected, saved a couple bucks on the software but my return was no where what its been in previous years

I'm getting more comfortable using Turbo Tax,. I'm no expert but I dont need to be. Turbo Tax asks the right questions to get me the best return possible.
What's great about it: I like that the questions are very thorough.

e-filing

I had trouble e-filing. It asked me for the "date" I wanted funds to be transfered from my account. I entered the date, and started getting "incorrect date' errors. Then the program would lock up. It would be nice to either have a calendar to pick from, or a graph on how you want the date written it. After a half hour of frustration, I finally realized the program wanted full 2013 instead of just 13 for the year.
All except for that, it was a quite user friendly experience.

TurboTax 2012

this is my 5th year using TurboTax and it's the best product around. Have compared it with Quicken and discussed with other friends and colleagues the pros and cons and always come up with TurboTax as the answer.
What's great about it: Easy finding issues and related documents
What's not so great: Constant updates...taking up valuable time
