easy to use, step and question ask easy to understand. Feel confident it was completed correctly.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: need a quick time to return to previous pages
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Although mine was not a complicated return, it was still a relief to have TurboTax walk me step by step through the information required.

2013 Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for years. The software is simple to use and there are explanatory tips provided. I wish there were a simple way to go back to a specific spot without having to review multiple steps or hitting the back arrow multiple times. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because the software does not make math mistakes and puts entries in the correct forms without guidance from the user.
What's great about it: Lead me through the process easily and did the math
What's not so great: Difficult to go back to specific spots

Great program, and very easy to use year after year as current information is automatically brought forward to the next year saving lots of time.

Great Tool

I have been a TaxCut user for years. This is first time I've used TurboTax and I liked it. TurboTax was great in the investment realm questions and ease of use for inputting investments. TaxCut was more difficult, which left you to do some research as to what to input into the program. TurboTax was easy to use and more intuitive and greater in finding deductions.
What's great about it: Liked, better than TaxCut

Stress Free Filing

I have used TurboTax for several years now, but this year's experience tops them all. The instant importing of the previous year's information made this year's filing so much faster. I particularly found the listing of last year's information as you go through each step reassuring. I could compare my amounts from this year to last year's amounts. The "explain this" links at every turn were a great resource if I found myself questioning even the smallest detail about what I wanted to enter. The explanations given were thorough enough to confirm answers to questions I felt I knew the answers to, but wanted to be sure on, as well as looking deeper into possibilities for tax credits. Well done!
