Easier every year!!

This program has taken the dread out of tax time every year for the last 20 years for me. It has improved every year so that even as my tax situation has become more complex, filing my taxes has become simpler every year. Well done, TurboTax!!!!

Excellent Product

Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use and takes all the worry out of doing taxes. The step by step method it uses ensures that nothing is left out of the process. All deductions are found and used! No appointment with a tax preparer, no big tax preparing fees. I recommend it every year to everyone I know.

I really like using Turbo Tax. It is fast and easy and makes filing taxes a little less stressful. I used turbo tax for my return and also my two son's returns. Good program.
What's great about it: It helped me through a lot of information.
What's not so great: There really were not any that I noticed.

Easier then anticipated

as the end result i liked that i was able to figure out what went where on my own. I usually have my brother input my information but this year I had more w-2 forms and had to file on my own. so I now know first hand how to e file with turbo tax.
What's great about it: conveniantly from home
What's not so great: the last questions were repetitive.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Importing my financial data fro my brokerage accounts and banks makes it even easier to do your income taxes

If you invest and aren't a tax whiz, this may get too complicated too quickly... for everything else, program is terrific!
What's great about it: fairly organized, helps find deductions very easily
What's not so great: bit of a struggle as it gets more complex

Senior Friendly Product !

Since this was my first tax season of being retired, I was worried that I might not be able to do my taxes myself anymore.
I was wrong!
Turbo Tax once again covered all my situations with ease. I even used many of the expanded information sections to make sure that I was filling out the information asked for correctly. I love that I can work on my taxes over the course of many days instead of having to sit with someone else for (what seems like) hours. Plus, next year all my information will automatically be imported to start my returns, yay!

I was pleased with getting it done in a timely fashion. I've used T-T for several years, maybe 8. It does get dragged down on my old computer that I need to replace.
Do I really need to check for updates every time I go in?
My networks slow and my disk is slower.
