Life Made Easy

I have been using Turbo for several years for myself and my family. I cannot believe how much money we have spent in the past having "professionals" file for us. They probably were using the same system! I find it very simple to use as well informative. I love the e-mail updates. I also feel reassured when it asks to double check information and then tell us our audit likelihood.
What's great about it: I loved the blue help or explaination options. Most if not all of my concerns were addressed with this feature.
What's not so great: I always get confused on how to get the one free state filing on line. Takes me a while.

I absolutely love turbo tax. No way I would ever you anything else.
What's great about it: Carried over all my information from last year and walks you through all possible credits.
What's not so great: Some description can be a little confusing on weather or not it applies to me.

Nice Refund :)

I was very happy to see that turbo tax found an additional $200 on my refund when it reviewed my return. It might be a few extra clicks of the mouse, but it was SO worth it!
What's great about it: found more $ in my refund
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like that my W2 and 1099's were available to be downloaded. This saved time and mistakes.
What's great about it: downloads W2 and 1099's

It's ok

I found this years edition more confusing than past years. I'm not sure if it was due to all the changes in the tax law. i know my situation had not changed. I just had a harder time this year. Even still. I'm signed up for automatic shipments. With the history I have with this soft ware I won't be going any where else.
What's great about it: shorter than last year
What's not so great: used less "user friendly" terms, was harder to follow this year.
