Been using it for years, very comfortable with it
What's great about it: Easy to use. I like how it transfers in previous year info
What's not so great: How they get to a decision is sometimes unclear. Guess you just have to trust the software!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Don't love that you pay extra every year to file state, but still love the ease and security involved in using Turbo Tax. Love, love :)!
What's great about it: Quick, easy, love that it imports data from the past year.
What's not so great: Unless you buy the more expensive versions, doesn't actually go through everything with you.

Super easy. I do not know why people are paying out a big $$$ for others to prepare incometax return. Just two thumbs UP!!!
What's great about it: Just simple step by step.
What's not so great: could not claim last yesr tax preparation fee.

Numerous hrs wasted but finally talked to Melissa and solved everything for me. She is the only reason I will come back to TT
What's great about it: lady took control after ready to quit
What's not so great: no accountability
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Be sure to CAREFULLY read what is included with your purchase. The Deluxe package I purchased included One State Return. I assumed that included the e- filing of the State Return. No, that's extra.
