Yeah Turbo Tax!

Took less than an hour to complete my return. Questions were direct. Didn't take you through a lot of unecessary questions.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, questions are better than previous years. Forms view is excellent!
What's not so great: None.

I am a first time user and, overall, it was a very good experience. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Explanations, where I needed them, were there. While my return should be simple because it has few numbers and no business income or unusual deductions or credits, our politicians have made it difficult with all the phase-outs, AMT and the the like. TurboTax makes it easy and I am confident I am not overpaying my taxes.
What's great about it: Thorough, step-by-step explanations, accurate
What's not so great: Prefer to be able to jump from one area to another more easily without going through all prompts.

Easiest way to file!

I used to do my own returns and this is by far the easiest way to file. This is the second year I have used Turbo Tax. If your not using Turbo Tax your living in the dark ages!
What's great about it: Transfer of last years tax info into current year
What's not so great: No Cons

Saves so much time. I would never be able to figure out my taxes each year so quickly. Saving time = saving money in my book.

Always use TurboTax!

I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years and running. It is quick easy. I know I can depend upon it and have no need to look any further. It has come down to being able to get my taxes done in just a few hours when it used to take me an entire day working into the night. I am not a tax expert. However, after using Turbo Tax, I have become proficient in knowing what to look for and plan for in getting the most back from the IRS. I want to pay my share, but no more.Thanks Turbo!
What's great about it: Quick and easy. I have come to depend upon Turbo Tax every year for over 10 years. It is easy, and quick.
What's not so great: Not any that I can think of.

Easy and Awesome Software

I have used TurboTax for years to complete my return and it has gotten better and more efficient each year. I love the convenience of pulling in information from the previous year and outside sources. I would recommend it unless you have really complex tax issues where you need guidance, like investment portfolios, etc.
What's not so great: I would like a little more information on the investment area.

easy as always

I got bogged down somewhere in deductions when all I wanted to do is to take standard deductions. I was disappointed by the low refunds. I had previously estimated the returns using last year's program and ended up with a few thousand less than I expected. I'm going to do it again to see if there was an error.
What's great about it: detailed
