Considerations

Each time I make an entry it takes me back to the top of the page for the next entry and I have to scroll to the bottom of the page each time to continue to my next entry. This is very annoying.
What's great about it: Popular software
What's not so great: Every year the software is changed but the improvements are not that great

As above.
What's great about it: Makes the process easy and interesting.
What's not so great: The error check found things to correct but gave no explanation so it was difficult to know what to do.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This product was so simple to use. The fact that it told you were to look for the information on the W-2's and other tax forms was great. I feel very comfortable in turning in my tax return and am not worried about any problems with it.
What's great about it: This was so simple to use that it almost scared me. They should rename it "Dummies Guide To Tax Returns".
What's not so great: If there was something I did not like I would not have used it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Quick & Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 5+ years. It's always quick & easy, guiding you through each step. The only issue I have encountered... having to enter duplicate data for the Personal Information tab. Would be fabulous to just have to review previous data & make any revisions or additions. Thanks!
What's great about it: Quick & Easy. I use it every year!
What's not so great: Sometimes requires repeated information

I've been using Turbo-Tax for over 20 years and the program improves every year.
What's great about it: Led me step-by-step through my return to obtain the refunds I deserved; easy import of previous years information eased
What's not so great: No cons to list.

Best Affordable Tax Software

I've been using Turbo Tax from it's beginning, and know it helps me fill out the forms correctly and make proper choices with the informative help files, which I can check up against IRS publications. I save hours of time with the step-by-step process in not having to decipher the IRS forms and knowing the numbers are flowing thru all the worksheets to proper lines on proper forms, saving me as much as possible.
What's great about it: Informative Explanations & Safe Calculations
