Turbo Tax the best soft ware in the market

I'vebeen using Turbo tax for more than 12 years, after I volunteered with IRS to file income taxes for low income people. I tried H&R block two years ago and I regreted. Now I'm back with Turbo Tax, very easy to use with the guide. I do recomend Turbo Tax to any one

For the layperson who is not comfortable with math, Turbo Tax is a lifesaver. It's worth the price of the software.
What's great about it: Lots of explaination boxes. Retrieval of previous year data automatically
What's not so great: can't think of any

Easy Peasy!

I have been doing taxes with TurboTax for a number of years. I import the previous year and update the information or add for the new year. It seems to get smarter each year and know answers that I had to figure out the previous year. Great tool!
What's great about it: Very quick and easy when you can import from prevoius year.
What's not so great: It's taxes...they still ask stuff that is not clear and the info you get from investment entities is not always clear

The tax filing process is ridiculously complicated and confusing. I've used Turbo Tax for several years, so the process is simpler and more clear. Turbo Tax eliminates the uncertainty of misinterpreting a tax situation or missing an opportunity. I'm pleased with the way that Turbo Tax leads me through the process.
What's great about it: Simple and uncomplicated. Guided through to know that my return is complete.
What's not so great: After using Turbo Tax for several years, I've become more familiar and found no problems.
