Turbo Tax was a savior. i have been using Turbo Tax for 9 or 10 years and will not use anything else. the steps that it uses makes everything so easy. i am a seniot (72 years old ) and there is nothing netter.

Love this program easy to use wonderful.
What's great about it: It is a great program have used it for all my returns.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax is pretty good. I was tough the first few years as the program does not allow viewing the forms as the information is being input, therefore, it has a bit of a blackbox feel. I wish to see more of the calculation to understanding what it is doing.
What's great about it: Quick

Simple enough

I've used the program for years, and I think this was one of the better versions.
What's great about it: I think it was easier than last year, and some of the new changes to the health insurance laws were easy to follow.
What's not so great: Think they could charge less to e-file the state return

Over all good instructions. Do not like the payments to come out of the refund. Need to give more options in the area. Otherwise OK.
What's great about it: Just follow instructions, You will be ok
What's not so great: More help when doing Military retirement pensions.

TurboTax is easy to use and the program guides you through all the tax deductions and forms. You can't go wrong with TurboTax. I have used TurboTax for the last ten years. Great Program. Thanks.

Went well overall

I'm sure it was accidental but after waiting 45 minutes for phone tech support it started ringing then hung up on me. I had to wait 45 minutes a second time.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Phone tech support was excellent.
What's not so great: Had a problem with starting the state return. Long wait for phone tech support.
