Always the Best

I have used Turbo Tax since it first came out. I like knowing that my tax info is electronic, for my eyes (& IRS) only. Each time Turbo Tax has help walk me through those illogical tax questions. Love it!!

It's so easy!

I've used TurboTax for 5 years now. It is the easiest way to handle complicated taxes! When your finances change, your job changes, your deductions get more confusing, TurboTax takes the worry out of it all by asking easy to answer questions. Then it fills in the information for you in all the right places.

Wasn't to difficult. Got my taxes done in a few hours and it cost hundred less then a tax professional

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years now. It makes doing tax returns easy. I love that it imports information from previous years and saves me time and effort. It is easy to understand and walks you through each step of the process, showing your progress as you go. I am very satisfied with this product!
What's great about it: Walks you through each step with easy to understand directions
What's not so great: Wish it gave one free state efile

Seemed a little more complex than previous years.. I filed March 25 after letting it set for several days to see if I left anything out.. I had two new updates on 25 that involved a good bit of work and thinking on my part, that ultimately meant nothing.
What's great about it: About the same as last year. A little more extra work.
What's not so great: Unable to print message about IRS debiting my account for amout I owe. Never could figure out

Software Glitch - BEWARE!

I've used TurboTax for years and have always had a good experience, but this year a software glitch popped up just as my taxes were e-filing and caused errors in my return that now are causing me to have to file an amended return and send a check to the IRS.
What's great about it: Walks you through in a mostly clear way
What's not so great: Software glitch at end forces me to file an amended return.

Made Taxes Fun Instead of A Hassle

I am a first time user of Turbo Tax and I honestly have to say I love this program. Completely user-friendly interface. Takes almost no time away from my schedule to file my taxes. It makes filing your taxes stress-free and kind of fun. Will surely be purchasing Turbo Tax next year! To anyone reading I personally recommend Turbo Tax Deluxe or higher just so you can get Federal and State both done at the same time and within minutes. Keep up the good work Turbo Tax Team!

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
