TurboTax is the Greatest!

TurboTax makes tax preperation a snap. By downloading from my broker account and using It's Deductible to track donations, I could use the totals from my Quicken account to provide all of the answers to the simple interview session.
What's great about it: easy to understand and follow instructions.
What's not so great: did not encounter any this year.

Always easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years. Always easy and can be done in a couple of hours. Price is reasonable compared to taking them somewhere. Walk you through every step and covers a wide range of situations to help of you have questions. If you do need to call support, expect a long wait. I put them on speaker and go about my business until answered. Everyone I have spoken to has answered my questions thoroughly and clearly and helped me with the road blocks. I will definitely continue using Turbo Tax and recommend to anyone.
What's great about it: helpful support, easy transmission of returns
What's not so great: Long waits if need to call support

I have used this product for years. To do my taxes as well as taxes for other people. I recommend this product as it is accurate and safe.

Easy to Do!

This year was a more complicated for me because of retirement, but Turbo Tax made it a bit less stressful. I found out about an adjustment that I didn't know about, and my refund grew over $200. The program does everything for you, but some of the explanations were a bit difficult to grasp with the first reading. While I didn't use the online personal support, it was nice to know that a living person was there to answer a question I might have had. I'd recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who doesn't actually need a CPA to handle multiple business and out of country tax problems.
What's great about it: Found a credit I didn't know about
What's not so great: Some explanations were difficult to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax did it once again!

I have used Turbo Tax for four years and it continues to do well. Finding the value of donated goods is a little tricky and complicated but in teh end it works.
What's great about it: Easy to use - comprehensive in scope
What's not so great: Kind of expensive to file state return
