Simplifies my Life

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and have found it to be intuitive and easy to use. Greatly simplifies the process of preparing Federal and State taxes, and doing it for several sequential years means that of the some prior year's data is automatically loaded into the current year.
What's great about it: Ease of use, download directly from Financial Institutions
What's not so great: Nothing

It just keeps getting better!

I have been using TurboTax since it started up on Morena Blvd in San Diego. I left for one season to try something else and was back the following year.
It's intuitive, has all the forms and just makes a miserable task pretty easy to get thru.

I REALLY ENJOYED DOING MY TAXES WITH TURBO TAX THIS YEAR. WE HAVEN'T USED TURBO TAX FOR ABOUT 14 YEARS DUE TO US HAVING RENTAL PROPERTIES AND HAVING ACCOUNTANT TAKE CARE OF TAXES. THOSE RENTALS ARE ALL GONE AND WE'RE BACK TO TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: THE EASE OF NAVIGATING THROUGH THE FED AND STATE RETURNS
What's not so great: LITTLE IF ANY

Kept our Sanity!

My husband and I were done with our taxes much faster than we imagined we would be. We enjoyed the double checking Turbo Tax does along the way to make sure we wouldn't have any issues after filing. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: easy to use, easy to understand, liked the help section
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The Turbo Tax Return is WONDERFUL. It takes time to give you detailed instructions. You will be asked questions in regard to deductions, income and many other things. That is so you get the biggest refund possible. I have used Turbo Tax for the third time and will continue to do so. It is straight forward and easy for you to follow. I definitely recommend Turbo Tax - it will make filing your tax return more simplified.

I liked this turbo tax. I prefer the Premier better.
I didn't like that you had to submit all the medical and Educational deductions on like 5 different pages. If they would have all questios on first page, you wouldn't have to keep going back and fixing your numbers.
Example: How much were your medical costs.
Next page would say, how much were drs. fees
So then you have to go back and change first amount.
Next page would say how much are lab fees, then I would have to go back and deduct lab fees from first amount. This went on and on, Drs, labs, Chiropractors, Hospitals. It would have saved me an hour of time if it had just said each would be separate on the first page.

What's not so great: Medical - not set up correctly in my opinion.

The product was great! easy to use.
What's great about it: Was able to see how much my refund was as I answered questions
What's not so great: Uploading the product on computer. It was slow at times but tolerable.
