You did it again

Seems to work well for us. Just follow the instructions and Turbo Tax does all the math.
What's great about it: Carry over information from prior years
What's not so great: same questions repeated after each entry

My tax usage

As an example of the Cons, You file Married joint and one of the spouses received an SSA payment from a deceased relative, the app just by-passes SSA because you are working not dead.
What's great about it: The ease of going back and forth on each section, easy pop-up to answer your questions and show examples.
What's not so great: Some items are bypassed due to fileing status.

I prefer to do my own taxes - the risk rating at the end reassures me that I did a good job. I keep my back up support for how I got my details. It would be helpful to have templates to plug in my supporting data to keep it uniform.
What's great about it: online help answered my questions
What's not so great: printed pages need page numbering

Needed to file two state tax returns and would have been helpful if I had know ahead of time to fill out the non resident one first.
What's great about it: Patience of tax consultants!
What's not so great: Sometimes the wait time to talk to a consultant.
