I felt that the program did a very thorough job of providing explanations any questions. I felt that the program did a good job of navigating through the process.

The Experience

Problem I had was I mistakenly entered a city/state address into a city only address and then entered incorrect state into state only box. Subsequently, TurboTax rejected my zip code for the correct city/state address because I had inappropriately entered the wrong state. That is as it should be but it would be nice if error instructions didn't just reject zip code but it also provided a couple of clues as to where error was made.
What's great about it: Relatively simple and fairly easy to follow
What's not so great: Needs to help eliminate errors associated with various forms.

I think that the guided tour asks some questions in a confusing manner. Other than that, I love using Turbo Tax to create my annual returns each year!!

Interest and dividend questions did not show up. I had to look for them. It is hard to find the state printing button. I had to wade through the state several time to find it.

Consistantly prepared my tax returns without hassle and provided me with the deduction information I need. I tried a "free" product some years ago, and was unhappy with the result. Ran right out for Turbo Tax and have not looked again.
What's great about it: Importing information from previous years, understands work from home concepts
What's not so great: none

Fast and eEasy!

This is the third year I am using this product. After you put in your information the first year you are using turbo tax and keep buying every year after, it remembers all your info for the next years taxes. Very fast and easy.
What's great about it: Real fast and easy. Walks you through the process.
What's not so great: There are no cons to this product.

WORKED LIKE MY EX PROFESSIONAL DID FOR THE LAST 15

JUST HOW MANY RETURNS CAN I FILE AND GET FOR FREE ON THE SOFTWARE PKG STATE AND FEDERAL? I LET MY GRANDSONS US IT FIRST AND IT MADE ME PAY FOR MY STATE RETURN.
I THINK IT IS USER FRIENDLY AND ANY BODY CAN WORK THERE WAY THRU IT. I HAD IT DONE BY TAX CO FOR YEARS AND ALL THEY EVER DID WAS FILL IN THE BLANKS WITH THE INFO I HAD COMPILED, I DID ALL THE WORK THEY COLLECTED THE FEES.
