Great Product

I have used TurboTax for a very long time. Each year it gets easier to use. The questions it asks make it so much easier to get through this process. I have not had to use tax information booklets or seek IRS advice for many years due to all of the improvements that have been made. I have great faith in its results.
What's great about it: A Great time saver.

Was a breeeeeze!

Like I said, it was easy! So easy that I wasn't sure if I was filing correctly. Is this a con? Maybe not. But anything that helps me get throught this dreaded hour painlessly deserves a Woot Woot!
What's great about it: Walked me right through to the end
What's not so great: So easy, I wondered if it was correct :)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Taxes for done

It is nice to be able to work on my files on my time. I can work on things for awhile and then save my work and come back to it later. Information from the previous year is automatically transferred, and then information is transferred to the state forms. Mistakes are found.
What's great about it: have last years information already put into the form and they check for mistakes

Turbotax should have a button or icon to return to the same screen where I left off on my previous session. This would reduce the need to page thru all the screens and questions that I've already completed.
What's great about it: comprehensive and has lots of error trap checks

Painless

Aside from software updates that indicated that Turbo Tax was restarting and then didn't I found no issues with using the product. Been using it for years and wouldn't think of switching. As a regular Quicken user, compling information needed makes using both these packages a no-brainer.
