Overall, very happy with this program.
It guides you through step by step; asks easy to understand questions.
But sequence of questions seemed different than past years; so I kept thinking I might miss something.

Only problem I found is where to enter my sales tax deduction since where I live doesn't have state or local income taxes.

Been using TurboTax for several years and will continue to do so.It's easy to follow and lets you know of deductions you may not know about or have forgotten to take advantage of. I love this product.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions

bad experience

When in the screen ask to print federal and state returns ,hit continue , but never printed returns went instead to another screen submit a review of turbo tax and quicken 10 dollar refund screen exit only back went back several times to see if I miss print ,but to no avail .never did print tax forms..

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years now. It gets better every year. Didn't think it needed to get better. Very easy to folow guidelines. Any questions that I had were already there with an answer. Way to go TURBO TAX!
