I like the product, have used it for at least 15 to 20 years, I would recommend TurboTax to everyone.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, catches the details that get forgotten.
What's not so great: Reguires computer upgrade from time to time.

I've used Turbo Tax for several years. Although filing my tax return has never been something I look forward to, Turbo Tax has made it a painless process.
What's great about it: I've used Turbo Tax for several years and feel it has improved with each year.
What's not so great: Nothing negative to report

2012 Turbo Tax ROCKS

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. It has gotten easier each year. The program guides you through each section and makes sure you get the largest refund possible. It also checks and double checks for errors. This is absolutely the greatest tax product there is.
What's great about it: simplicity
What's not so great: there are no cons to this product

Turbo Tax Handles It All

When I got a Schedule K in the mail, I didn't have a clue what to do with it, but when I keyed Schedule K into the Search box, I was guided through. I was amazed. Of course, I wish the company that generated the Schedule K had informed me ahead of time that dealing with it would complicate my taxes. Thank goodness, Turbo Tax was able to handle this glitch!

Turbo Tax - Used forever

I have been using turbo tax for as long as I can remember. It is the only tax return software that I have ever used. With the simple and understandable interface, why use anything else.
What's great about it: Simple, Easy and quick
What's not so great: None that I can think of
