Ease of Completion

Despite the cost it was worthwhile to go through the tax preparation package. The explanations were in ordinary English and relevant. The software is completely user friendly.
What's great about it: Clear explanations and annual improvement to Software Package
What's not so great: Cost
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Software Glitch

Worst experience in 10 years. Took almost five hours because the program worked so slowly. It would not allow me to correct an entry on the vehicle expense worksheet, so I deleted the form and lost some refund money just to be done with the process. I will think carefully before using this product again.
What's great about it: Importing data
What's not so great: Failure to change entry

turbo tax is fabulous. i have used turbo tax for the last 6 years. Turbo tax is always up on the latest changes in the law. I personally select the option of a personal defender if I am ever audited. It justs gives me great piece of mind. I would recommend turbo tax to anyone!
What's great about it: Turbo tax makes tax returns a breeze. They walk you through each and every step to get the most refund possible!
What's not so great: nothing

fast and easy...methodically leads you through each section that you need to file your taxes for both federal and state. Explanations of terms and sections easily accessed to ensure what you enter is what you need and understand to enter.
What's great about it: prompts and suggestions are easy to read and understand

So simple to use!

TurboTax is a wonderful tool! I will recommend it to all of my family and friends. It makes filing my taxes so simple and they think of all the right questions to ask. I've even learned of a few things, such as purchases and donations, to keep track of for more deductions next year. Thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: I loved that TurboTax thought of everything and even taught me a little bit about what sort of things to keep track of!

Great way to do taxes

This is the only way to do personal taxes, it's so simple and easy to work the program. The hardest part is gathering all the documents and records to make the entries.
What's great about it: Easy, convenient and very simple to perform
What's not so great: None comes to mind.
