Beasted on the Tax Returns

Every year, filing taxes are a huge pain in the butt. However, each year after using TurboTax I get the ease of mind that it is getting taken care of with the utmost accuracy. This saves me time and money from going to a professional accountant and I don't even have to leave my house. Thank you TurboTax for making my life that much easier!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, convenient, even a caveman can use it lol
What's not so great: A lot of details regarding all possible deductions/credits

Great Program

Overall great program that Ihave used for many many years.
I would have liked more guidance or surety about the entry of K-1 information for a publically traded domestic partnership, completely passive, 100 % at risk. This must be a common need because these stocks are traded by brokers. Further help on the basis would be useful.

I've used TT deluxe for years and have found it handled all income and deductijons very well
What's great about it: investments and deductions handled very well

Quick and easy

Like that if we continue to use Turbo Tax each year, information is imported from previous year and saves on amount of information to enter. The guided tax return questions were worded so that everything was easy to understand.
What's great about it: Guided questions made filing easy and nothing is missed
What's not so great: Would like a page to review all W2 and income amounts at once to see if any entry errors

Back to doing my own taxes with Turbo Tax

I used to do my taxes myself. A few years ago had a CPA do it, because it got complicated (foreign investment stuff).
Its good to be back.....i feel I have a better handle on my own finances.

This is my second experience using TurboTax. I couldn't imagine going back to my previous method of doing my federal taxes. I highly recommend it to my family members and friends. The speed, ease, and accuracy is a winner all the way.
What's great about it: Step-by-step process very helpful.
