Asks the right questions and simply requires keying in the identified information. No formulas, no need to reference tables or do calculations. Only requires that personal documentation is organized and one has an idea of where you are going

I have dealt with the rest and am sticking with the best!! Used for several years and will continue, despite the annoyance of the scroll in order to proceed. Program is user friendly and questions can be answered quickly (like when your in the middle of the issue). Like the e-file benefit. Wish it was free for my state file but....

OVERALL IT WAS EASY. oNLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WHEN I WENT TO DO STATE IT KEPT TAKING ME TO ONLINE STORE TO BUT THE STATE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE DELUXE WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE THE STATE. I HAD TO CLOSE OUT TURBO TAX TNEN RE-OPEN IT IN ORDER FOR IT TO RECOGNIZE THE STATE FORMS. AFTER THAT IT WAS EASY TO FINISH UP.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: HAD SMALL PROBLEM DOWNLOADING STATE FORMS
