TurboTax has been very beneficial to me since I began filing on my own. The step by step directions and additional information is invaluable when preparing a return.
Thank you for working so diligently to keep this program up to date and to keep the cost down for obtaining the program. Those are the blessings for single people filing.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions and help. For someone not used to filing, these are worth so much!
What's not so great: None really....great program.

TurboTax makes doing taxes a little bit less of a chore! I liked the way the program is laid out and the way it checks the entries made. The "Help" section is wonderful when you get to something that you might not understand. Nice having answers so handy!
What's great about it: The system worked so well. Very easy to use.

Turbo Tax does all the hard work for you. I really love the way it imports all of the prior years info into the present year. Its great software. I have never had a problem with Turbotax.

Turbo Tax makes filing so easy...answers all questions..I only had one question and the answer was already in help section. This product is certainly one I purchase year after year with the knowledge it is perfect for me... Thanks

The Turbo Tax is great. it was quick, easy, and effecient. What else could someone ask for.
What's great about it: Very detailed and set up in a easy to use format. It made filing my taxes as quick and effecient as it can get
What's not so great: Nothing; I thought everything was explained very well and you could use links to get more information on everything.

Turbo Tax works great for the average preparer who understands filing taxes, but also for the user who does it only once a year.
What's great about it: Simple to understand and follow
What's not so great: Sometimes clicking back takes you too far back
