Excellent !

Great product. Never had any problems using TurboTax over the last 9 years. Easy to use, as advertisements state.
What's great about it: Ease of use, Import data from previous year. Quick.
What's not so great: should have started using Turbo Tax sooner

I love using turbo tax. It is now that it goes through all the possible credits to make sure you don't miss any. And it is nice that TurboTax will efile both the federal and the state returns for free (well included in the price of the software)

We have used Turbo Tax to calculate taxes for several years now and have never been disappointed in their product. We highly recommend it to all of our friends and family. It is easy, quick, and makes you feel like a tax pro!!
What's great about it: easy to use, quick, efficient, even an amateur can handle it

Sitting Overseas

Being overseas at the time of having to fill-in and submit our state and fed tax returns, TurboTax makes it so easy to get the information, put it in the right place, explain the rules and keep the software up to date. Takes the stress away from figuring out how to do all this from afar.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to understand

I have used Turbo Tax for about 6 or 7 years now and have always been happy with it (even when it said I owed tax) I trust Turbo Tax to give me the correct return as long as I put in all the needed information (which I did)
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions and covers everything I requested
What's not so great: Soft ware keeps asking for State return and Florida doesn't have any. perhaps you could make it a state by state progra

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. Always been happy with it. This year, I almost missed over $400 in my State Return because I did not realize I had to hit the "Edit" button to actually enter the State Return. It might be helpful to make this step more clear in the future. Otherwise, as usual, a great product. Even had great help from Tech Support when I couldn't get my TurboTax CD to load on my computer.
What's not so great: Got confused on the State Return. Didn't realize I had to hit the Edit button to do the state return
