i will always use turbo tax

I have been using turbo tax for over 20 years I have tried tax cut and H& R block only because the sent it to me for free and I keep going back to Turbo tax
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: nothing wrong with it

Very Dependable and Easy

I love that it transfers basic info from year to year so I don't have to repeat myself. All I have to do is answer questions and it does the rest. Overall, it is easy to use and dependable.

For me, TurboTax is the standard that all user interfaces should be measured against. The workflow is intelligent and intuitive (no pun intended). I've been using it for >10 years and plan to continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
What's great about it: Easy to use, workflow flows extremely well
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing to get to specific items, like auto excise tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Totally in Depth!

I can pick up where I left off anytime. I can revisit areas I've breezed through too quickly. I can save it as a PDF, for easy viewing and no waste of paper. I just stick paper in a folder all year long, and when the time comes, Ms. Turbo Tax asks all the right quesitons. Prompts me to think. I LEARN! from using this software! I think of myself as savvy. This program fine tunes my savvy-ness. We started a business last year. I thought we'd need a trained tax advisor on board. Not so far!
What's great about it: The process is like an in person interview
What's not so great: None, so far
