The income portion didn't ask if we had SSA-1099 income this year even though it showed as having it last year. I had to go back and add it after I was done because it only asked if I wanted to add another W-2.
It was very nice the last couple of years when each person in the joint file return was a separate entry and then combined at the end of the income section.

A very good product. I like some of the changes, but the 2011 version was even easier to use.
What's great about it: ease of use.
What's not so great: too many distractions with photos of people.

Couldn't be easier or more pain free. The only way to fly for a senior, like me, with a simple return. Also easy to see that more complicated returns could be just as painless. Thanks!!

a great product

I am a long time user of the product from about the first year to the present. With each year the product has become a product I am glad to support and suggest to others. Each year has become better with new features I am very glad to buy it each ydear with out any resevrations. My father used it for years doing several tax returns and also raved about it thats partly how I got into using the probuct. I have never regreted using and advising others to use the product.
What's great about it: easy to use I have used it for yhears.
What's not so great: few and hard to find. mostly an excellent product.

We have used Turbo Tax for 9 years. Before it took most of a day to complete the federal taxes, and another day to complete the state taxes. Now it takes us about 90 minutes since we allow Turbo Tax to walk us through our returns.
We also enjoy the feature where Turbo Tax compares our pervious year's taxes to this years.
What's great about it: Much

1099c and form 928 hard to file

multiple1099c and form 928 hard to file, had to search the net and spend hours to figure it out, turbo tax's reply when you try and do it says contact a tax pro, been using tt for years , very disapointed in the product now
