What's not so great: - need to be able to see a crisp list of each 1099, w-2, etc received and captured to insure all data is entered

Excellent software. Should allow for people with no additional expenses or income.

Easy as pie and equally rewarding

I have regularly filed using TuboTax as a cost effective method to Itemized deductions and multiple forms for worksheets that other services charge for. This maximizes my return and filing experience. Being able to save progress on filing means I do not need to complete it in a single sitting, but can work on portions over time at my own convenience. No appointment required, no hassle, no suprises and cost effective.
What's great about it: ease of use, progress save, explaination of entitlements and elegability
What's not so great: audit protecton could be offered ahead of preperation and queue if more detail needs to be provided on filing.

Easy experience!

This was my first time filing taxes and the process was much easier than I had expected. Turbo tax walked me through every step and gave me the best refund available. I will continue to use this program every year!
