simple yet not as encompassing as expected. For Florida residents, there should be an area in the education for dual enrollment students. Also us that work overseas, dont add city to our addresses always for APO.
What's great about it: simple
What's not so great: no comments section

I love the easy of this program and it makes it simple for anyone to file their taxes.

when switching pages... say, from income to deductions or even within a category like that... maybe enter one figure then have to scroll up or down to find where I was. a mnor nuisance but worth a fix.
it would be nice to have a little extra set of hints to save more next year (disclaimer that if the tax law changes of course) little things like "$500 in additional charitable deductions would allow you to choose to itemize and POSSIBLY increase refund;" or maybe a note about how much would be needed to itemize medical... this might help folks who are struggling about whether they can afford braces or a treatment that isn't covered by insurance."
something like that might also guide us into setting up or revising a family budget... in it please encourage us to use some of your other products to keep track of donations/values- -clean out closets, help the less fortunate and get small tax benefits which add up! If this idea flies, you can offer me a complimentary 2013 Deluxe w/state COPY!! Ha Ha!

What's not so great: maybe my computer... had to often scroll up or down to fine spot

I have used TurboTax for many years and find it a thorough and comprehensive option for completing my tax returns.
What's great about it: User friendly, current updates handled, good descriptions
What's not so great: need an easier way to review back pages other than the back button
