Fast & Fantastic!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and it is the fastest, easiest and complete way to do my taxes. Love it!
What's great about it: Speed, Accuracy, Efficency
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Peace of Mind

This is my 9th year to file using TurboTax and I can say that I always feel confident that TurboTax has covered all of my questions and helped me file the most advantageous return possible. File and find peace of mind!
What's great about it: I loved the "Tell Me More" notes. They explained and clarified.
What's not so great: It could use more examples.

Easy to use

I like Turbo Tax because it makes it simple and easy to file my own taxes. It walks through the deductions. It is especially helpful in calculating my tax credit for school.

Reliable and Easy to Navigate

The interview style is very easy to use, great for beginners! Each question asks for information that is easy to understand and provides enough details to help you decide which answer to select. I work in a CPA firm where we use high end software for our clients, but for personal use - this software is the way to go!!
What's great about it: Easy interview style, great explanations throughout
What's not so great: Too many sales offers

Taxes are Complicated

i've used Turbo Tax for a number of years and will likely continue to do so. This year it seemed that there were more questions that needed better explanation. For those of us in Nebraska, the program apparently popped up an extra form that really isn't needed. The program did not say why that form was triggered.
What's great about it: Solid Progression through the questions
What's not so great: Some questions were not adequately explained

Can't Live Without TurboTax

I have used TurboTax dor 10+ years. Twice the IRS said my return was wrong, and they ate their words when I proved that TurboTax was right. It's easier to use than the IRS or State online filing systems. It's thorough, and soooo easy to use. My taxes are done wuickly, and painlessly with TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Thorough, More Accurate than IRS

Got the job done, with no pain for stock transactions and normal income and deduction items. But a Roth over-contribution entry didn't proceed as smoothly. I hope they got it right ! I'll use TT again next year, I've tried the competition a few years back and it fell way short of expectations.
What's great about it: Consistent over time, and decent user interface.
What's not so great: Explanations can be a bit sparse.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
