TurboTax Rocks!

I've been using TurboTax for 6 years now -- love it! I have a relatively simple tax situation that doesn't require any professional expertise, so I am good. Every year; I consider whether I should consider getting a professional due to changing circumstances, and the program helps me figure it out. Then, once I make my decision to do it again on my own, the program takes me through the paces with great attention to detail. I'm confident my refunds (and a couple of payments, I have to admit) over the past few years have been accurately figured out. I'm a fan, as long as my situation keeps on the straight-forward side!
What's great about it: Walks me through all the mundane stuff I'd otherwise overlook
What's not so great: Costs too much :^)

Best medicine for tax season available!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. Each year it becomes easier to use and continues to contain all the information I find necessary to compile a complete and accurate return. Even when I was running a small corporation before retirement, Turbo Tax made yearly returns a simplistic process. In retirement, I will continue to rely on Turbo Tax as a tool to guide me through federal returns. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Simple to follow, easy to edit & change.
What's not so great: Too many advertizments for audit help.

It takes me very little time to do our taxes with Turbotax, and they check all the math for me, make sure the figures are on the right forms, and if I change a number, it's changed in every place on the tax forms.
What's great about it: It's so easy to do with Turbotax
What's not so great: Can't think of a thing

Not Bad At All...

First Time using Turbo Tax to file. Was a bit nervous doing it all ourselves, instead of going in a paying to have it done. It turned out to be pretty simple and straight forward.

Outstanding worth the price of the program

Will be using Turbo Tax from now on. My brother used to do my taxes for me but last year he died so now for the first time in several years I feel comfortable doing my taxes and then my mother's taxes now that my brother has left this world. Many thanks.

Turbo Tax for 2012 was OK

It was OK this year. Didn't find me any savings over my own calculations.
What's great about it: Easy to use for filing standard deductions
What's not so great: Didn't save me any money over what I would have done myself
