Powerful software guides you step-by-step, even through new sections. Gives one more confidence to tackle whatever decuctions come up. Will continue to use Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Simple questions, very thourough.
What's not so great: sometimes difficult to review previous screens

You don't have to be a CPA to do your tax return. If you don't understand, just go to help, it will resolved all your questions.

Over all very easy to use and follow the steps.

I wasn't expecting to get a refund, but Turbo tax found all my refund for me with the simple to follow steps.

Turbo Tax was way easier to use than I thought it would be. Very easy to navigate and had great links to help explain the process.
What's great about it: quick and EASY
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax actually makes filing your tax return fun. I love how it imports last years information and will guide you on the current year based on how you filed your return from last year.
What's great about it: I love how it checks your return and finds any errors on the return.
What's not so great: Can't think of any at this time.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and very intuitive. I have used turbo tax for 5 years and would continue to use it.

What's not so great: Have to reanswer questions when you go back to a section already completed
