Taxes made easy

Turbotax made it very ease to enter the required data using the step by step guide and generate my federal ans state tax forms.
What's great about it: carryover from previous year. Step by step guide.
What's not so great: No free state efile.

Easy-peasy

TurboTax makes it so easy. We even completed our returns over a few sessions over several evenings, and it is easy to save and come back to it.
What's great about it: easy to do, even in multiple sessions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

25 Years using Turbo Tax

I have used the product since the late 80's and never had any issues. Easy to navigate and the questions are simple and direct. I took the return to a tax preparer a few times over the years to just make sure I was right and they have never found anything wrong with the way TurboTax had me prepare the returns.
What's great about it: Have used the product since the late 80's and it gets better every year. Easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Really none.

Longtime user for good reason!

Good program, even if you are a beginner. Improves every year and has ample help screens links and definitions to explain what, why or how.
What's great about it: Helps walk you through the whole thing.
What's not so great: It's still doing tax's

I have been using turbo tax for at least 10 yrs and it just gets easier every year. Love the program.
What's great about it: If organized with your paperwork, this is a SNAP!!!
What's not so great: No one will do it for me!

First time on my own

I have had my son do it for me for the last 7 years, but this year he kept pushing me off on time. So I said what the heck I'll do it myself and see how it goes. Well it went much easier than I thought it would be, any problems Turbo tax would let me know
What's great about it: very easy
What's not so great: None

Finally done

Overall good product which I have used for many years. Takes some time to get used to the different views and how to dig into the details behind the reported numbers and calculations, but it is very intuitive. Some dead ends when looking for more help or leads to ads outside the program.
What's great about it: Easy to understand English instructions and questions
What's not so great: State returns have very limited help and instructions
