Calculated my returns

I will use Turbotax again next year and every other year too, I promise.
What's great about it: Very neat forms produced with ledgable numbers
What's not so great: Final review and filing procedures were complicated.

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 6 years or so. I have always been very pleased with the help and guidance I've gotten. Your updates are also a great asset, especially with all the tax changes that are going on. Thanks again Turbo Tax!

Overall, it was a great experience again. Picks up old data from last year. Asks all the questions and does a great review.
What's great about it: fast easy
What's not so great: some of teh state was hard to understand

Consistently great product

Other than needing to check a couple of details on what did/did not qualify for home energy deductions, everything was very easy to use and complete.
What's great about it: Easy to switch from being walked through step by step vs using more advanced features
What's not so great: Help should make it easy to access IRS instructions for any given item.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Have used Turbo Tax for years & would not think of changing.
What's great about it: Step by step makes it simple.
What's not so great: Would like a return where you left off button.

I've used tax software for several years and I think TurboTax was the easiest to use.
