Not intuitive. When it was turbo tax it was. Also if you want to go back to an area you have to redo the whole thing again rather than going to the form you want. Could not use my home computer or laptop as the new program would not work on either. Hard to justify a new computer just to do our taxes!

Having an on-line method of asking questions where they can be seen and answered by all is a big help for those nagging little questions on things that have slipped my mind from previous years.

Good, but could be better

I've used TurboTax for years. But I have found that they always miss something. For instance, this year I let TurboTax automatically fill in the forms from my Fidelity accounts. And yet, when it ran the check at the end, it had not entered the figures from my form 1099-DIV. I had to enter it manually during a review. And speaking of reviews, several times the program told me everything was fine. Then, right before it e-filed, it suddenly said I needed to fill in a line in deductions! It was a leftover topic from a previous year that I had had no deductions in this year, but TurboTax never told me when I was filling out deductions that I should delete it. It didn't even offer that as an option. I find these glitches EVERY YEAR.
And yet I still come back. That's because I've gotten so used to the format that I can get through things quickly. And probably the other products out there have similar glitches.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to follow
What's not so great: Still has glitches

Great tax-filling experience

For first time user, I can say using Turbo Tax is good and I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: detailed procedure
What's not so great: Turbo Tax is OK
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
